So long as the assaults on the tax-collectors did not continue, nobody would be detained or otherwise prosecuted. The pamphlets were allowed to circulate. Tommen eventually caught wind of one, his only response being laughter.
The beatings stayed constant, though less homes were used to ambush them now and more were hunted in the woods that dotted the kingdom, mostly targeting small towns where there were less guardsmen. Most of the tax collectors ended up being robbed of their gold, though some did get away.
Hi, I'm Dan.
"Thank you for the good will, Ser. I regret that we were not able to speak further at the coronation, due to the events which transpired. Perhaps in the future we will have another chance to do so. "
The tax collectors would have all received an escort of guardsmen at the start of the state of martial law. Though it is unlikely that rabble would attempt to attack very well trained and hardened Calderon men-at-arms, doing so would result in death, no quarter.
Hit me up if you want to try attacking a tax collector.
Now reorganized and under the command of the Round Table, the Army of Camelot brought up reinforcements from their western border of the Grand Baxtorian Falls. With these soldiers marched the battle hardened Calderon armsmen whom had not only fought but won many battles.
In Valladica there was a stir of activity in both men and machine; House Calderon had not only donated men but artillery units. Many in the small town saw the arrival of mortars loaded with a variety of shells; cannon also with a variety of shell ranging from a heavy ball to grape shot.
Keep La Faye had been due a massive over-haul of its defenses for sometime, though they would be removed once the Bandosians had been pushed back. The heavily reinforced keep would now be home to four long-range land to sea mortars capable of reaching out and touching vessels as far as three to four thousand yards; three howitzers to reach out and touch closer targets and finally eight heavy-weight cannon armed with heavy, grape and chain shot.
From Camelot marched a column of soldiers flying the banner of House Calderon and with it came the Knights of the Round Table, mounted and prepared to engage the enemy force whenever necessary.
Mages throughout the land would be called up in heaves, primarily those familiar with both water and ice based magicks.
Ian, I tried to get ahold of you on Skype but you must be out living real-life, lol. Hit me up in-game or on there so we can talk about this junk. Cheers!

If every single tax collector in the Kingdom was protected by very well trained and hardened Calderon men-at-arms, then the Army must be stretched real thin. Regardless, those that weren't were targeted for the most part, under the cover of night, and within the woods.
And since we do not fight rofl guards here, we can assume that most of them were successful.

Too much news to cover reasonably in story-based posts, so I'm just gonna list all the events that people might need to be informed of.
-The King has sung the throne of Camelot into crystal with the planting of crystal seeds all around the highly-esteemed chair. What this means for Camelot and her people can be interpreted any number of ways, but folk around the castle grounds are now referring to the throne as 'The Crystal Throne'.
-The Amddiffynnwr Uchel has been withdrawn from Catherby due to its extensive wounded, serving very little purpose in the city as reinforcements were on their way.
-Upon reaching their home in the castle, the Amddiffynnwr Uchel were merged with the Crystal Guard that had betrayed the former Grey king; creating a stronger Amddiffynnwr Uchel fiercely loyal to the elven king.
-A child has been born from Queen Claria and King Nolfinwë. The newborn half-elf prince has been named Gerallt of the Ithell. There are rumors circulating at his birth whether Prince Kywel's claim shall be supported best or Gerallt's, but either way, his age will take time to grow to a point where he could actually cause a succession crisis.
