The fleet of Camelot had arrived off the coast of Port Sarim, holding roughly twelve miles away from the shore-line. The Commodore had reports from the various ships shuttling him information, and that is when they noticed it: the banners had changed.

The Commodore sent out a pigeon, in attempt to make contact, with a brief message.

"We are here to help on the behalf of King Tommen. I am Commodore John Archer of the Third Fleet. I have under my command twelve vessels, four thousand men and supplies to aid the people of Asgarnia, a people that have long been a friend of my King. Reply with docking instructions."

Summary of the first session of Court of the Grand Duke

The Grand Duke and his advisors, the Lord Chancellor Warren Pain and the Lord Marshal, and Duke of Rimmington, Viktor Valengale, began their meeting by discussing the preparations for His Highness' wedding to Lady Corrina Valengale, the Lord Marshal's daughter. Security and the venue was discussed, and it was determined that the Lord Chancellor would be head of security for the matrimonial celebrations.

The second, and last, major subject to be discussed was between the Grand Duke and the Hand of the King Tommen of Camelot, Kaito Calderon; the discussion, pertaining to trade and military assistance, led to an agreement that the Camelites would be allowed to use the port of Sarim as a medium between their kingdom and the Kharidians. It was agreed that as a cost of passage, the Camelites would have to pay a tariff of twenty percent of all goods shipped by way of the port to the Kharidians, and that the naval vessels of Camelot docked at the port may only be used enough so as to protect the trade route established.

The Grand Duke has issued orders to the Lord Admiral to coordinate with the Camelite vessels so that the agreement may go about as smoothly and efficiently as expected.
Hi, I'm Dan.
