A few months ago a 'Jagex canon initiative' was introduced for this exact reason after the absolute debacles surrounding POKs this year. I can't say how many follow it, but given the prevalence of POKs even now I guess it didn't take off. All these sins disguised as blessings

I've been informed that for at least one of the regions in question the gold has been returned. In both cases, the claim seems to have been dropped and so I believe at least for this instance the issue is resolved.

I'm grateful that at least a significant portion of our community still believes we should act in good faith.

Accordingly, I've requested that this thread be locked.

It isn't that deep dude. No one is sheltering anyone, but we're maintaining their anonymity on the forums because the rules insist we do so. I'm sure you could literally ask just about anyone in-game or on discord. and they'd be able to tell you who's responsible.
