Deposition of the false King Jacob, a heretic and imposter,

On charges of heresy and as an imposter, King Jacob Delvar, has been rendered an illegitimate and illegal occupant of the throne and, their recognition permitting, the vassals once sworn to his fealty have been absolved of their oaths. As there is currently no clear successor to the throne, Manfred, the Grand Master of the Order of White Knights, has assumed the office of Regent, to govern the kingdom until a king or queen is chosen.

On this day, the Grand Master, accompanied by an icyene Commander, met with King Jacob Delvar, and in the process of revealing to him the charges against him, he turned and fled, activating his drones (suits of armor animated to do combat) to cover his escape.

Jacob Delvar was revealed to be Lord Pyro, the Zamorakian Mahjarrat and warlord. By decree of the Patriarch of Falador and all Asgarnia, Damianos, a motion to remove the heretic and imposter from power was granted and executed. Through the efforts of a few, including Commander Edolas, though the Mahjarrat Pyro managed to detonate explosives hidden underneath the castle in a section of the Castle, the damage was far less extensive than it could have been.
4)
All of these events have been released to the public, as well as sent in letters to the leadership across Asgarnia. No doubt these dramatic events could spur unease among the population. In the days following the deposition of Jacob Delvar, the WK Order consolidates itself in Falador.
