A few suggestions/notes:
Sometimes { } are used for speech devices like commorbs, not just [[ ]]. That might be worth adding in.
For ~thoughts~, you might want to add a note that telepathic characters (Lunars or other advanced mages) can generally read these surface-level thoughts.
I'm not quite sure if I agree on your interpretation of lorebreaking/lorebending, but it's an iffy area that I'll steer clear of.
On the 2nd page, posts 3 and 4 (or 4 and 5, if we count that blocked post), the last paragraph of each of those posts are exactly the same. Not sure if that's a mistake or not, but it's definitely unnecessary.
And then there's the Trends section. Uh, I'm not sure if trends is the right word -- they're sort of rookie mistakes? Idk. I definitely agree that these are overdone among new RPers, but I wouldn't call them trends.
