I tried to undermine the Kandar Empire. It is a charge I freely admit to though I would question that it could be called a crime.
As for the council, I don't know how to say this other than it wasn't intended to be what you seem to believe it would have been. You are welcome to believe anything you like about the council but it does seem slightly unfair to claim to know the intentions of an organisation that never even existed. Unless I'm wrong, there is no way for you to know what I intended but if I'm wrong about that could you tell me what next week's lottery numbers will be? "The greatest endeavors are achieved because of their selfless intent"
