Her Royal Highness, the Princess Miranda of House Lansing, wishes to covey her sincere happiness upon hearing your return to the Golden Throne of Misthalin. The rule of this tyrant King had left her heart heavy and her hand posed to do what was necessary to return the status quo to the Misthalites.

Her Royal Highness had stayed from the stage of Misthliate politics following her abdication, not wishing to have two monarchs for the public to look upon. But following the ease of tyranny to sneak upon the Golden Throne, she feels it necessary to return to assist in governing Misthalin in whatever form Her Majesty wishes.

Her Royal Highness understands that the current climate leaves you unable to leave Varrock, so upon your invitation, her and a collection of her Household shall leave travel northwards to the capitol.

parchment would arrive bearing the crimson wax seal of House Vandalar
and tied together with a gold silk ribbon. Once unfurled,
the elegantly handwritten text would read:

The time has come for your sword or your life. Our home has been marred by the actions of usurpers and pretenders, thieves and vagabonds. Misthalin is at it's most vulnerable and weakened by the revolving dispositions of false monarchs who
crave nothing more than your complicity in their crimes.

None of the liege lords and ladies that took their oath to protect my crown have stood amongst you. My reign brought glory and triumph to the kingdom and made very wealthy subjects from all corners of the realm. To say that they've been exiled from the peerage is a gross understatement but I will offer you the same oath that I gave to each of them.

With the Draynor Sewer renovation project well underway Countess Rosaline has set her sights on expansion by way of charity, potentially risking a territorial dispute by encroaching upon the lands of her liege lord, the Duke of Lumbridge.

In the eastern part of the county abutting Lumbridge—more specifically, the site of the battle between Zamorak and Saradomin—land deforested under a previous administration has been ordered to be cleared for the construction of an enclave for disenfranchised goblins native to the kingdom of Misthalin. Simple wattle and daub housing will be made available for those willing to obey the laws of the land as well as gainful employment and food security. Her rationale? Unity.
