Some knowledge to you. I was trolling back. When someone makes an absurd, yet somewhat comedic post, it'd be rude not to respond with a comedic reason the order could not be accepted.

Name: The Dark Tax Minion

Species: Unknown

Appearance: A tall ghastly figure with long pointed bony fingers so that it may easily grip large bags of gold and other currency. Dark almost scaly skin with small bones protruding from certain areas of his skeletal system, such as its spine. Its voice is a hissing serpent tone. It wears the skull of a giant lizard upon its head in order to frighten those who must pay their taxes. A dark aura surrounds this vile creature, though its allegiance towards any god or kingdom is unknown of.

Personality: Evil, uncaring, wicked.

Kingdom/business: Avery Enterprises

Religion: Money

Origin: Unknown, Tax collectors have existed for millennium collecting taxes for various kingdoms and other nations. The exact amount of these creatures is unheard of since they only spring up every tax season.

Purpose: To collect the taxes of various citizens for the kingdom they reside in while collecting a small percentage of the kingdom's tax absorption for a secret project.
