Alright, so I have a feeling that Brock will get mad at me for this, but...

Due to Dane and Brock taking a well deserved vacation and leaving the Company in the hands of incompitency, Anya Avery Layne, Brock's Niece, decided to take over the Company until her uncle or cousin returned from their trip. The first thing she did would be to accept Aer's Order. As with every order she accepts from the company, she places it in the Avery Family bank, despite having no access to withdraw money.

Keith, it depends on what you're building and how long it would take. Could you inform me in detail on what you are making?

The building is the Servants' Guild, only with some swords instead of brooms. I have the foundation built, and I can pay for the materials. How long it will take... Well, I have no idea! You should tell me, as your guess is as good as mine. =) This is a signature, and I am not creative.

Alright, well I can do nothing for the building of it until you have a permit to build there and the deed to that location given to you by the King of Kandarin or Prince Vectis. It will take a week ooc time for it to be build but you'll need to hire the company to build it using the Order Form. "The Truth about Bob Ross; he's immortal.
