Caravans, carriages, and supplies have gone missing. Employees have reported seeing large, dark, armored figures roaming about before and after the occurrences. What are they doing? Are they responsible for the thefts?
Why do they stalk the mines and forges, late at night and in the day?

I figured it'd be best to post here in chance of getting a response as I won't be in-game for a while.
Basically, the smithy in Varrock. ~ My character Ace Tyrelen, has worked their since late November and though it's not a problem of it being owned by yourself.
Generally as apart of IC development, he was made a "partner" of the previous Smith whom worked there and it was approved OoC by the former leader (Zamtam), effectively co-owning and running it.
I'm just curious to your stance on this, as it effectively destroys what I gained IC'ly.

@Zuro, I would like to continue to own it but you can run it. Rent would be all I ask out of it. You would just have to make that payment and other than that, you can use it all you want.

Avery Enterprises has recently purchased the company Kandarin Mounts. In this acquisition A.E received the following:
the islands of Insulae (oocly miscellania and etceteria)
5 bronze yak armor
10 bronze, 1 iron, 1 steel terrorbird armor
25 bronze horse armor & black painted bronze armor with autumn and gold trim.
The trawler style vessel "the concendo" free to be renamed
the portion of the Tree gnome Stronghold that has the Terrorbird pen in the southwest.
3 bronze yak and 3 terrorbird explosive armors
15 war horses.
10 horses
20 yaks
25 terrorbirds
many breeding and young of the above animals.
A.E will soon open up the company for business. Please allow time to get the new system in place. Thank you for your patience.
