Energy saving tip:

Make sure your freezer is as full as possible. A full freezer is more efficient.
If you don't have enough food to pack it tightly, get some ice bags to fill it up.

And... do the opposite with your fridge, it will work best with plenty of room for the cold air to circulate.

Get a hybrid job less than 15 minutes from your house (mine is less than 5...)

You get a lot of the office "exposure" to get noticed, but you also get to do the fuck off thongs on the hybrid days. Imo the best of both worlds. Of course if you already have a high exposure job, then remote would probably be better. And I swear I'm not going to let her know all the pain I have known
