Painfullest pain!

I also went through that pain when one of my closest friends who i had knew for over 5 years and was amongst the group of original people i 1st met after starting Runescape which blossomed into a somewhat brotherly friendship between me, Tom "the culprit" and his friend irl Josh who both went through school together and hung around in each others houses.
That brotherhood was ripped apart the day me and Tom had just spent hours at Bandos just having a proper laugh which occurred days after i had just bought my 1st ever phat "purple", after the trip and we had shared our loots Tom asked me if i'd lend him my phat for a pic, obviously i said yes cos i trusted him 100%, 10 seconds after i traded him the phat he logged lol.
The pain i felt about an hour later when i realised what he had done "took me an hour to actually believe what he was doing" was an emptiness in my stomach with a worry that i was gonna physically be sick
Weeks passed and i felt better and throughout all this Josh stood right by me just as disgusted at what Tom had done and wrongly embarrassed at what his so called mate had done, Josh even deleted Tom and swore to me that when he see's him irl he would be slapping him.
I think Tom stayed away from Josh after this until one day...
It was months later and i randomly bumped into Tom, albeit on a new name but i knew it and after a few attempts to reach out to him he replied...
Right there i forgave him because he said he was sorry for what he did and i then thought it would be a shame to lose an amazing 5 year friendship because of a bit of pixel gp...
I spoke to Josh and explained, he kinda agreed and the 3 of us became friends once again
All was great, Tom started going to Joshes house again and it was like nothing ever happened

Just had to walk about 1 mile to catch a bus.
Took car into garage as She's sick.
In a few hours have to catch bus back and walk about a mile back to garage.... Just hope it's nice outside.
Walking causes me a lot of pain in my lower legs and lower back and it hurts a lot. Seems to build up and get worse and worse until I stop and rest. Tried all sorts to help but nothing worked.
I enjoy walking but hate the pain.
