Well first of, there's the problem of after going to the past you go to the exact moment you left for your two way time travel trip, will the universe and it's fundamental forces even allow there to be two you's? cause you arrived at the same moment you left originally so you're standing next to yourself
Second problem, you've gone back in time. You've chosen a time and location before you were born. since you don't exist yet, how will you remember that you exist, and keep your memory of your life in the past? wouldn't a time traveler lose all memory at least by going to the past?
Third and last problem: let's say neither of the two first problems happen. By travelling to the past, you've created a entire new parallel universe. You can't go back to your original universe because in that universe you haven't gone to the past yet. By time travelling, you've created an split in events where you did in fact travel to the past. The return trip will be to the new parallel universe where you went to the past, not the original one where you chose not to.
Time travel is risky and could break laws of nature. I'm personally against developing time travel technology. So I wouldn't do it.
