Give instructions to ancient people, and on how to build time machines, and give the ancient people on everything from physics, chemistry, language, technologies, and so forth. And lastly instruct them to do the same a thousand years from now to ancient people a thousand year ago ... and in 1 day, we've reached the stars around distant galaxies.

first thing i would do is look how i traveled thru time , think about it what would be cooler the traveling or the means you got there, i want to know what energy source it took, how the mechanics worked , then i would go back and steal all the stuff to make it so no others could go thru time and kill me thus stopping me from finding out ,, then i would be master of all you little people and you would worship me ,, for i am now your god, and one more thing,, how do you now i haven't done this already ,,, worship me peasants,,, fear me for i am the master of all time and space

Let's see...

I'd probably go back, and play the lottery numbers for one of the largest jackpots. After winning a split, I'd invest the money in real estate, stocks, etc. I'd also start a charitable organization as well, and a scholarship fund for education students.

I still stand by this decision, even though it would not have changed the fact that I would contract cancer. It would mean that it would be diagnosed far sooner with a very different medical outcome for me, all these years later.
