Lastnight I needed something to watch to make me laugh. This movie did just that and It's a goto movie when I need cheering up. It's so funny and enjoyable and full of funny stars.

Movie was:-
Van Wilder: Party Liaison

https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0283111/

Gets a solid 10-10 from me as I enjoy it so much. Must have seen it 25-30 times now and will watch it a lot more.....

A Classic.

A Classic.

I'd never heard of that, big fan of Ryan Reynolds though, so I'll add it to my list.

Last night I watched
The Big Boss
(Bruce Lee, 1971)
Terrible acting, awful dubbing, ridiculous effects... and... absolutely brilliant :P

I'll be following up with his next film,
Fist of Fury
(1972) tonight.

Completed till 5. 5 is my favourite so far..it's
about Spock being human, his emotions :P . Even 3 was interesting with time travel.

Continuing my Bruce Lee binge:
Fist of Fury
last night :)

A weird one - although it's more "polished" and looks to have a higher budget that
Big Boss
.. I prefer the first film, it's just more fun.

Great fight at the end though!

More Bruce Lee!

Last night it was
Way of The Dragon
.

Made before the most successful of Lee's films (Enter The Dragon) but re-released after to capitalise on ETD's success, Way of The Dragon is unique as it was written, produced and directed by Lee himself.

By this time (1972) Lee was quite a box office success so they managed a decent budget and recruited some big names from the world of martial arts, including Bob Wall and...
Chuck Norris
!

The climactic fight between Lee and Norris is one of the best fights ever filmed and takes p[lace in an epic setting - the colosseum in Rome.

Norris said after working with Bruce Lee that Lee would probably beat him in a real fight.

"We'll show em... Chinese boxing!"

I still have the Bruce Lee collection on VHS.

I watched Cube last night but hated that ending.
The age of chivalry is gone; that of sophisters, economists, and calculators has succeeded, and the glory of Europe is extinguished forever.

is a really good TV show imo. I'm up to date with the first five episodes, but a'm waiting for episode 6 which should come out tonight.

I don't know any of the actors but they do a good job. And its UK based.

Dune
2021 has become available on Amazon Prime. Its a long film so I've only watched the first 45 minutes. I'll continue watching it this evening. So far I much prefer it to the original Dune film which I still haven't managed to watch past the first half hour!

You should hang on to that, it'll be a collectors item some day.

Last night was a bit of a marathon...

Included in the Bruce Lee box set is
The Final Game of Death
, just under four hours in total, including a brand new cut of the film itself with new unseen footage and avoiding all the ridiculous filler that was used in previous versions of the film.

South part last episode of season 2. Funny show, more enjoyable now than ever before because of "things" going on everywhere.
