I'm currently reading three books:
1.
Finding Ultra
by Rich Roll. This book follows Rich's adventures through overcoming various addictions; becoming one of the world's most fittest men, from almost having a heart attack just before the age of 40. As I'm looking at improving my fitness, this book serves as a motivator for getting myself in shape!
2.
Can't Hurt Me
by David Goggins. I haven't actually started this one yet, but he is a friend of the aforementioned Rich Roll. This book is very similar in nature to
Finding Ultra
, but focuses on building mental health - with a primary focus being improvements to being able to stand-up to people a bit more! This helps with my current job - haha!
3.
12 Rules to Life: An Antidote to Chaos
by Dr. Jordan B. Peterson. Okay... this one is a bit like marmite, due to the author's notoriety for being very outspoken against current political correctness. However, I am interested in his lectures on psychology - and, this is the reason for reading this book.
I like Volvos.
