Just ordered Center of Gravity, Singularity and Deep Space they will arrive on June 4th. Star Carrier is such a good series that I will reread these three and also books 5-6. Won't reread Dark Mind since I already how the bad guy which is basically a death star gets defeated or the eighth book since I still remember clearly most of the plot. Also on page 322 of Winter of the Gods.
Four Past Midnight by Stephen King. It's a great collection of four novellas, including The Langoliers, Secret Window, The Library Policeman, and The Sun Dog.
Happiness has no queues.

I recently started reading Accessory to War: The Unspoken Alliance Between Astrophysics and the Military by Neil deGrasse Tyson.
I love his work.
Wow this sounds really interesting...
Is it more military or more astrophysics based?
I'd like to say it's somewhere in the middle. I never would've thought that these two completely different subjects could actually have such a deep correlation.
One quote that I found to be really deep was “It’s the physicist who invents the bomb, but to destroy a target, you have to locate it precisely, identify it accurately, and track it as it moves. That’s where astrophysics comes in. Neither protagonists nor accomplices, astrophysicists are accessories to war.” (This is also where the title comes from, lol.)
Something cool that I hadn't known before was how various telescope optics (like infrared) created via means of military research for tracking missiles/military defense systems has also found use in detecting distant stars, planets etc, or how astrophysicists use the same code to simulate the activity in thermonuclear stars as the military does when simulating the detonation of thermonuclear weapons.

On page 362 of winter of the gods. I've decided to take the bastard legion as the third book when I go on my weekend breaks, I usually need 3 books there since there's no tv or pc.
I just recently started reading the Witcher series by Andrzej Sapkowski. Got the inspiration from Witcher 3 (got over 300 hours of gametime). Haven't really read any books for like 8 years but this book series just keeps on dragging me back.
