Myself, I like spicy food to an extent. If it is a nice warming that compliments the meal, I am fine with it. But if it is so spicy that it burns the hell out of your mouth, breaks you out into a massive sweat, causes your nose to run, and takes your breath. Nope keep it the hell away from me.

I use different chilis in some things, but always in moderation.
Don't ever think the reason I am peaceful is because I do not know how to be violent.

i heard that spicy food can increase appetite, especially in places with hot climate, it is important if the food is not tasty enough.

spicy food is extremely common in china except canton. Nearly everything is spicy.

they also sometimes deliberately making overnight or spoiled food spicy and sour, so that you cannot tell whether they are spoiled and find them very tasty.

You mother fuckers are a bunch of girls.

I'm not sure what you meant by that comment. I've seen some women put away a lot of heat, but I haven't observed girls tolerating it much.

I don't appreciate being called a MF. I never called you any names. Besides, I don't do such things to my Mother.

What is the hottest pepper you can tolerate?

I like hot (the hotter the better), spicy food, but food does not need to be hot to taste good.

The youngest took me a local Szechuan restaurant for lunch yesterday. I had Hot and Sour Soup and Dried Pot Chicken (Incredibly hot with interesting complex flavor and so many awesome ingredients like lotus root, real bamboo shoots (not the flat rectangles so often used), lemon grass, fresh cilantro, and so many others.) I really enjoyed the hot, spicy food.

BUT...

We had Rice Balls in Rice Wine Soup for dessert. I was NOT the least bit spicey. It WAS to die for!

For those who want to test their tolerance to hot peppers, here's a couple websites that lists pepper heat index (Scoville Scale). The first one lists the more common peppers, the second is more in-depth and lists many more peppers.

I'm the exact same, I can't tolerate spicy food whatsoever; although - the ones whom can generally have a tolerance for spicy food, just as someone would with pain tolerance. Certain people can withstand the pain threshold, whereas some cannot. I see this the exact same way with hot foods.

I've always tried eating small portions, or slowly keep eating it once in a while to try build up my tolerance to hot food - but I don't seem to be able to withstand it at all - so I avoid getting a hot dish and stick to Mild.
