I could have done with a beer over Christmas.
Been 20 years now since I had a drink and it's only at Christmas I miss it. Seeing the family and friends drinking gives me a big thirst. I just have a strong will not to touch it.
Something in beer makes me sick. So I don't touch it. Any more.

I like drinking "Tannenzäpfle". It's a pilsner beer and I connect it with my older brother because he always used to drink it when I was young.
It tastes fine. Back in the old days when I started drinking beer, I used to drink mixed beer just in order to get drunk. It used to be Mixery Vodka flavored energy. But that time is over.
I rarely drink beer - maybe once every three months and when I drink I'm likely to either drink two or a lot of beer together with Whisky and other alcoholic drinks.
