I tried blue cheese the other day and I have always found it nasty, never been able to eat it. This blue cheese I tried was beautiful, very expensive though. They also had a very nice camembert. Whitestone cheese, made in Oamaru, New Zealand - I'd recommend.
Dong if you can find it, I would recommend Maytag Blue Cheese. It is a very mild blue.
Used some last night to make a lovely salad with.

the dressing was a nice barrel aged Basalmic Vinegar and EVOO
