I really like airy, puffy crusts, but if it was supposed to be filled with cheese and not air, I suppose that's a disappointment. Ha!
There's this store-bought pizza that I know of that's thin crust, 5 cheese, and packed with flavor (and made with reasonably simple ingredients). I put my own pepperoni on it (and the occasional anchovy), and man, is it ever tasty! The best part is that the crust never gets overly crispy, which is rare for a thin crust.
