Covid can kill him, flu not so much.
Up to 650 000 people die of respiratory diseases linked to seasonal flu each year

People with heart conditions are especially at risk from the flu.

Covid is a killer. If covid gets into a rest home, many of the elderly will die who may have lived another 10 or 20 years.
Influenza is a killer too. When the flu gets into rest homes and nursing homes, people start dying. People who may have lived another 10 or 20 years.

But yeah, I would agree that people in high risk categories such as those in nursing homes or rest homes need to be protected.

But, that didn't happen in certain places. The opposite happened.

Coronavirus: 6,300 COVID-19 patients in New York were sent to nursing homes

That happened under specific orders from the Governor of NY.

As I said in an earlier post, a young couple died leaving there toddler behind <- this death or others like it may have been prevented if society listened to advise instead of roaming around with no mask, fighting for there rights...
Do you have evidence that they were specifically infected as a result of not following "social distancing" orders, or that others around them infected them by not following "social distancing" orders?

If everyone worked together, there wouldn't have been so many deaths.
It's interesting that the people who have convinced you and others that everyone needs to be under lockdown and wear a mask... don't believe it themselves, including those who who are responsible for issuing the orders in the first place.

As an example.....my mum has stage 4 cancer, if she were to get covid now and died within 28 days, who could say if it was down to covid or down to her cancer??

It would've been a Covid death.

So I looked into this.

These weren't two healthy people in their early 20's. It's obvious that they had pre-existing conditions that contributed to their deaths. It's a shame, but, these two deaths could have been prevented by listening to proper health guidance... if you're morbidly obese, you're in a high risk category, just as you would be for the flu or pneumonia or any other respiratory illness, as your respiratory system has already been compromised due to your morbid obesity.

It's important to stay healthy, so that your immune system is ready just in case you're infected with some kind of virus. If you're morbidly obese, you're not healthy, and you should realize that you're in a high risk category, and you should as such and take extra precautions when outbreaks like this happen.

i'll be lucky if i survive this, my stress alone might kill me
Your anxiety and stress are intentional. It's used as a control and compliance mechanism. When people are anxious, nervous, or scared about things, they tend to latch on to anything that offers them the impression of security and safety. If people are scared that they will die from covid, they're far more likely to accept whatever health and safety regulations are put into place, regardless of any lack of logic in the regulations. The mainstream media has played a pivotal role in ensuring the masses are sufficiently distressed and anxious in an effort to push you into looking for "leadership" and "guidance" during the outbreak.
