4000 per day until 2000 then we try a reopening back to 4000 cases per day VS just stay at it until ZERO......Are they making profit off this? idk how anyone can be so dumb. i mean a group of people can be that dumb combined......
I think the aim here is balancing case/ICU numbers against the needs of society as a whole, not to get cases to zero because let's face it, I just don't think that's feasible at this stage - it's why we have vaccines to make it less life threatening to us and would hopefully help reduce transmission also.
Ontario have said Phase 1 won't begin until at least 60% of Ontario (who's eligible) get vaccinated by which time case numbers should be below 1,000 daily and continued vaccinations plus slowly loosened restrictions should improve the situation further.
I'm glad they've scrapped regional re-openings as well because that's proven to just be ineffective as people can move about.
