yeah my gf unfortunately cant eat beef, she says they even "bleed" like a good burger

I haven't and I dont think you can get them here. But I guess there is something similar.

I do want to start eating more vege based diet.

^I actually like meat but I want to incorporate veges into my diet, which I do.

I'll go with NZ grown potatoes.

Edit: Sorry I'm going a bit off topic. I will eat plant based burgers but they better taste good.
