Lastnight I watched a really strange movie but a good action flick.

6 Underground
(2019)

I really liked that film, one of those where you can just switch your brain off and enjoy the over the top action.

My viewing last night was
Dark Waters
(2019)

The story of the attorney (played by Mark "The Hulk" Ruffalo) who took on DuPont chemicals when he found out they were poisoning the environment... and population.

Scary stuff! Even scarier when you watch the end credits and find out how many people it affected and continues to affect.

I started watching a French series called "Osmosis" on Netflix. It seems interesting. I'm two episodes in so far.

I've been looking for new series to watch lately, and gotten to the point where I'm losing interest on what's on Netflix.

I watched
Battleground Los Angeles
ages ago. I enjoyed it.
I watched
Dark Waters
a couple of days ago. It is really good. It is scary and makes you wonder what sort of chemical "time bombs" there are today waiting to be discovered..... The lawyer who took on DuPont was very courageous. He was very close to losing everything a few times but he stuck at it because it was the right thing to do. If only there were more people like him in the world.

edit to add: I've watched a few more episodes of a series on Prime called
Haven
. Its a little weird but in a good way. :)

Today it's your turn to identify what film I watched last night from this famous quote:

" I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom, I can tell you I don't have money. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills, skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you"

You watched
Taken
, the first one in the series. I must have watched that film at least 4 times. :D

I watched an episode of
Blood Ties
on Prime. Its a bit of fantasy escapism and something I don't need to think about.

Last night I watched the first Resident Evil movie, part of the new 6 film box set.

Some of the later instalments went off the boil a bit, but the first two are excellent.

The second
Resident Evil
film for me last night, and probably my favourite one of the whole franchise; it's got a great story.

Alice gets her powers and faces "Monster Max", and the introduction of Jill Valentine.

Watched the first Indiana Jones last night.

What a classic. I haven't seen any of those for ages.

I didn't like the most recently installment, but I DO like that they kept Harrison Ford.
