I've rewatched the first 2 films in
The Matrix
trilogy. Its been years since I last saw them so I really enjoyed them. The 2nd one kept me entertained while I was giving the room a thorough clean and sorting out a cupboard.

I watched 2 movies that I really liked.

Shelter in Place (2021) is a horror about a couple who are in lockdown during Covid 19 in a luxury hotel in LA.

Old (2021) is about a group of people holidaying and discover the beach they are on and can't leave is making them age their whole life in one day.

I watched 1 of the worst movies ever lastnight. Get ready for spoilers.

Even IMDB gave it a 3/10. They were generous with the 3. I gave it a 1/10. Should be lower as it was total crap. All I can say is Bruce Willis needed the $10 pay packet to star in this movie. If he was paid any more then that they over paid him. If the cast list did not say he was in it I would not have watched it.

Sorry but the movie was total shite. The acting if you could even call it acting was shite. The "Special" effects lol what a joke they were. I've made better looking monsters out of playdough.

I can't get over the fact I sat though all 92 mins of this movie that I'll not get back.

Trust Me here and give this movie a miss. You watch it then good luck. You will need it. Comprehensive Account Security

As I mentioned on the previous page, I just bought "
The Thing
" (1982) on 4K.

I watched it last night and although the picture is stunning, they're remixed the soundtrack and made a real hash of it.

A lot of the background sound (polar wind etc) has been stripped out of the outdoor scenes and it sounds ridiculous.

There's one scene where three actors are shouting over a strong wind that isn't there any more. Ludicrous.

I watched Clint Eastwood's latest movie called Cry Macho.

He is an old cowboy who is rescuing a boy from Mexico and bringing him to his father in America.

Like all Clint Eastwood movies, it is very good.
