I've just got a pillow speaker to help me sleep.
Cost more then I wanted to pay but for a decent nights sleep I'll pay what ever is needed lol.
Easy to set up. It's Bluetooth and very slim. So popped it between both my pillows and set it up to play a looping rainfall over my phone.
Slept like a log lastnight.
Not sure I had a dream as I was asleep that fast lol. Comprehensive Account Security

This is yesterday ( I actually remember this one) . Half nightmare/half dream
The ship was sinking gradually and everyone was trying to exit. I was trying to get some of games from my room before I left and someone said there’s no time for that . Then the water was above my head and didn’t know what to do .Someone came and took me really fast then we went made it to the surface , exited to land and jumped then were we on island . To get to higher levels we jumped on toadstools.. that’s what I recall

Aliens took over Earth and we were looking inside what we thought was an abandoned building for shelter. Saw the sockets where the electrical devices would be completely fried, removed. The house owner was still around . Went upstairs . We were dreaming in this state and aware of it . Under experimentation by the greys but learnt to separate our minds to be in this place. Something to do with the spinal cord.[ There was more about this dream , can’t remember it all.]
