Rick is still in a coma and it's all a dream.

Anyway, there are a few things which is un-explained.

1. How did these Zombies overrun the entire military in a period of several weeks.
2. How did people not have any warning about it
3. Did it hit other countries? In "Wildfire", at the CDC, Jenner mentioned the French had a cure for it. Did it hit them too?

I'm hoping it's about survivors on the other sides of the U.S. or a whole other country. Hopefully one series is in the Fall the other in the Summer. Which will not happen since they would use the original as a lead in for the 2nd.
