Because pigs are surprisingly good stand-ins for humans.

Their fat distribution is similar, for instance, and they have all of the same thoracic and abdominal organs as humans. Their skin is so similar that pig skin is sometimes used for tattoo practice before working on human skin, too.

Why do you think human meat is sometimes referred to as 'long pig'...?

OMGosh that is disgraceful :O Awwwwww those poor pigs :( I feel sick inside now - imagine cleaning the mess it would be like cleaning a human but it's a pig splattered everywhere - it's just to gross to think about... Just YUK!!

I wish I never opened this thread :(
