well put in 12 applications this week. havent heard back from any of them, but i imagine it will take a few days. i just wish this would be faster. i neeeed to get out of here

if only employers could actually see how i work so many places would be asking for me to work for them. instead im just another nobody and gotta hope to get lucky Old School

Yes same - I occasionally buy books for my boys - when they were younger all the time - I have too many junior books - but chapter books for them I am starting to get a few...

They are just too expensive.

Shit sucks, it took a few months to hear back from what became my current job, then I had a few phone interviews, flew out for in-person interview, and received an offer within the span of a week. I hate the application waiting game.
