Spookily, we don't do too badly for non-British food outlets in the main UK cities either :)
Possibly because we've had people from other lands settling here for ... oooh, 500 years or so. More, actually.

Of course, our villages and hick towns maybe have a rather limited choice but, then again, I don't suppose Fort Laramie in Wyoming will be offering much more than generic American, Mex or Chinese.
