Redid my van's insurance last week and have just got a £25 fee for inaccurate license info...
Dunno what for so rang them up apparently I said I got it in April 2010.... I told her I dont know how that's happened as it hasn't come up before and I use a comparison site so don't change the details. So thinking I must have done something by mistake left it at that.
Went on the website and all the question is how long have you been driving 1 year 2 year etc no specific date.. So filled it all in got my quotes went to the same insurer and checked on their site to see if there was a box and again it just said how many years...
They were not the cheapest quote anyway but I googled the two cheaper ones and read a lot of stuff about them adding charges for ridiculous things, these were not much more expensive and I've used them twice in the past...
If they don't drop it I won't be using Admiral ever again. I don't mind paying a bit more and getting dealt with decently.
