I don't use mine that much - mainly when I am on my computer, or ipad and, much like the forums, I tend to browse stuff more than post. It is good for contacting companies with queries or customer service stuff. I generally delete my tweets when I have got an answer from them.
I can also use it to stalk my daughter! She hasn't blocked me yet
