Awww well that's a very kind sentiment!

However, as I'm soon to be the happy recipient of my old age pension I reckon we'll be able to manage. I don't know how much it'll be, but it's more than I've got now, so I'm chuffed about that.

I made a phone call today!

I now have my W2, now I'm just waiting on another form. Then I can do my taxes.

Well, hopefully.

I'm also going to be attempting (again) to get the severance that I was supposed to get back in July. I feel really pathetic that I've been so skittish when it comes to making phone calls and such. I did try back in October, and HR told me to call the store, but then the store told me to call HR. I guess I'm gonna try and email the CEO dude? Worth a shot I guess.

It's been a huge source of a lot of anxiety for me the last several months. :s

I don't know how to get over it, either. :L fml

This is Rosie.
She looks a bit odd as we had to get her shaved in the Summer due to it being very hot. Her coat is usually long and silky and a lovely chestnut colour:

Here's two of my other dogs, MooMoo and Cookie

Aren`t they gorgeous. The look in Rosie`s eyes, bless her what a dear little dog.

Do hope she continues to do well on her medication, and carry on for some time to come.

Hydrotherapy is wonderful, it had amazing results on our sheep Guinness when he had been paralysed as a lamb due to a spinal abscess, it got him walking again, so hopefully Rosie will obtain great benefits from doing that again, and preferably not too far in the future when we may start to get back to normal.

And Moomoo and Cookie are little sweethearts too. Is Cookie the aforementioned puppy who was the scourge of your possessions and furniture ? She certainly now looks rather angelic.

No, Cookie is our other Romanian rescue we've had her about 9 years now, the browny-grey & white one. She's a love and has impeccable manners.

The Puppy From Hell is Lulu and I've yet to upload a photo of her and I really must suss out how to do that from the Ole Man's phone!

Why are you skittish making phone calls - is it the act of making any phone call, or the specific ones you are currently needing to make which are giving you the heebie-jeebies?

It's mostly the act of making/receiving phone calls. It doesn't really matter who is on the other end, it just gives me so much anxiety. I've never been the most social person and usually the idea of forced interaction with others gives me anxiety issues. :L

I sound pathetic lol

Physically going up and talking to people is less panic-inducing than phone calls.

I mean, I still panic, but it doesn't seem to be as bad. At least it depends on the context, unlike phone calls. Interviews? I'm gonna have a heart attack. Cashier at the shop? No problem. Doctor's office? I got it.

Phone interview? Call the funeral home.

They are precious babies and must be protected at all costs.

@FiFi

Look forward to seeing the photo of Lulu the Puppy from Hell.

I hope for your sake she has matured and that sobriquet no longer applies.

I cannot say the same unfortunately for Sidney, who continues to be just as challenging .
I find it amusing when I come across the elite slayer monsters as I think their descriptions would be rather apt for him,

Finally! I'm able to post something! Oof!

My taxes are done and filed and accepted! Sweet.

It's a huge weight off my shoulders for now.
