Today (Friday 22nd May 2020) is the anniversary of the Manchester Arena bombing which took place 3 years ago at an Ariana Grande concert.
As someone who was living a mile away at the time of this horrific tragedy, it hurts to think about every year. RIP to all innocent the people who lost their lives on this day in 2017.

I wish it would rain. The lovely weather has meant we can go out for our daily walks but the gardens and farm crops really NEED a decent rainfall.
The other day walking along a path between 2 houses we saw a family looking at what was left of their shed after it had burnt down. It had caught fire while they were out. A neighbour called the fire brigade and phoned them to say their house was on fire. Luckily it hadn't reached the house but it was a close thing.
