Anyone know what I can add to ketchup in order to turn it into spaghetti sauce?

So far I've added garlic powder.

It's already on the stove, so please hurry!

Okay... so... I went with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, a slight bit of paprika, and sugar.

I'm pretty sure I need some kind of Italian spice in there...

The vinegar and sugar need to be removed. And I swear I'm not going to let her know all the pain I have known

I can't take the vinegar out of the ketchup, which is why I added the sugar to try and counter act it. lol.

Okay, so it's not a traditional spaghetti sauce, but it's not horrible. The sugar seemed to do the trick with counteracting the vinegar, although, there's something still missing....

Maybe I should have just made rice with beef and soya sauce.


I need to go shopping. lol


It's been snowing out though... I can't take the ebike to the store in the snow... I don't want to bail with it, and wreck it up. I already dropped it once, and it was very disheartening.
