Yeah, they'll just respond to the email you received, but to keep a paper trail they'll send something to your RS account inbox - usually stipulating this is a last chance, and if you break the rules you could face action against your ingame account.

Yeah they told me that a million times and then gave up. I wont hold my breath lol.

Well they banned me in 2012 and then banned every account for 2 years or so. Some not even mine. But worse than that they muted me a million times over 7 years for one person who they perm muted and banned loads of times. I dunno what's wrong with them. It is so unfair.
