I have tinnitus, although I think it might be due to calcium carbonate crystals in my ear canals (they cause vertigo if they roll into the wrong spot). Unfortunately, I can't put things like peroxide or mineral oils in my ears, as I'll almost instantly get vertigo. And if you've ever had vertigo, you'll know how much fun it isn't. It's like being heavily intoxicated to the point where the world is spinning, without all the fun of getting drunk.
