Most just say "Spamming the Runescape Forums" or something like that, I have maybe one or two other comments archived as evidence.
This account received two forum strikes a week apart from offences classified as "minor", while the "major" one only earned this warning:

Relax. Jagex can ban you for any reason they wish to think of. Doesn't have to be fair, it's their servers after all and if they wish to pull the plug tomorrow, so be it.
Most users, I have witnessed, just make a new account and circumvent the ban this way.
Oh and you guys do know that you are posting confidential material, right? That info was added to the offenses. Burgers anyone?
