That aside, those are all very good points, both on how the anime industry is hell to get into and even more so once you've entered as well as the tips on writing. As a person who writes short stories now and then as a hobby and tried writing what you could call a light novel (which I still have saved, but am too lazy to resume it), allow me to add some tips.
While I'm not encouraging plagiarism or telling you not to be original, to write well you need to read. A lot. Reading will give you an idea on how you want to write. "Oh I really like/hate this writing style" is what you should try to get out this. Now you don't want to write exactly like a single author, so find a bunch of authors you like and try to take bits and pieces of their styles and combine them with your own.
Details can make or break a story, depending on the audience. If you're writing for a teenage audience and make the details last for an extended period of time, you're bound to lose your audience (no offense teenagers, but you guys have no attention span). Same for adults, too few details, they start to wonder about things and then lose intrest from the lack of detail.
