To keep it short The reason I loved TTGL was the fact that it was so over the top it was absurd I loved the exaggerated speeches i loved the over the top action scenes particularly in the law few eps I mean there literally throwing galaxies at each other at one point. the show didn't take its self to seriously did it have deep characters? no most of the characters were complete idiots but again that's why i liked it! its a nice change from mecha like NGE.This was just a damn fun show to watch.

Edit: I'm not THAT eager to get banned yet.

I didn't watch it and tear it apart immediately. I marathon most shows, and even then it was grating on my nerves.

I think what you guys take for ridiculousness, I take for mind numbing stupidity. I would have thrown those knuckle dragging one dimensional characters off a cliff rather than letting them command the rebels. Turning decapitated heads into "biological computers" as if anyone there would have had the foresight to pack his head in ice so they could harness technology they didn't know existed.

Just finished Kotoura-san. I enjoyed it a lot overall though there were some problems. They tried to mix comedy in to some of the serious moments which was sort of strange. The whole ending with herself and her mother was a bit forced and felt awkward too.

Those who are planning to watch Shingeki no Kyoujin will do well reading some manga chapters in advance as anime productions of popular manga suffer from greedy productions these days.
And I might smell an (over)hype coming that will turn lovers into haters.

I'm gonna put everything on hold for this upcoming season, not all too interested at this time. I'm not even in the mood to finish off all the shows from last season.

I wanted to watch Ash*ta no Joe but I learned all of it isn't subbed yet which sucks. I think I'm gonna download and watch Ranma 1/2. This'll be another fun, long adventure.

Lots of shows have been good lately. Psycho Pass, Robotics;Notes and Girls und Panzer are all towards the top of the list of anime I've enjoyed.
Kotoura-san was okay. Nothing special but it was a nice watch, though there were numerous aspects I really hated, most notably the glasses guy with the O3O face. I can't fathom who thought that was a good character design.

Anyway, things are looking good for the rest of the year. Picking up several shows for the Spring, and then in the Summer my most anticipated anime, Dangan Ronpa, finally airs.
I highly recommend checking this when it comes out, as the source is just fantastic and I can only hope they do a good job of adapting it. Be careful of googling it though, as there's a high risk of spoilers and you REALLY don't want to spoil it for yourself.
But to sum it up; fifteen high school students with special talents are locked in their school and told the only way to get out is to kill one of the others, without them figuring out who did it.

I just finished watching Sword Art Online series today. It was not the best anime of 2012 that I've watched, but I can say it was a fun anime for sure.

The series has its fair share of fans and critics, but I will only recommend this anime for people that have actual experience of playing an MMORPG.....As non-MMO people will never appreciate the aspects of the series that was based heavily on the mechanics of a real MMO.
