Alright, before I watch it, can someone please explain the following about Yugioh 5D, I remember watching the original and GX finding them pretty decent and an anime from a while ago. :P
What are the following;
1. Tuner Monsters
2. Speed Spells
3. Synchro Monsters
4. The Bikes (and how do they affect the duel)
If I understand this, then I will probably understand what I am following. :P
Also, why did they do this, what was wrong with the old ones?
Also, has anyone started watching zexal? :|

_______
1. Tuner monsters are your average monster that you stick in your deck and are required to summon synchro monsters.
There are Tuner monsters that have no effects (normal monster)and there are Tuner monsters that have various effects (far to many effects to actually write down)
Since you've seen the other yu-gi-oh anime's you should know what effect monsters are for example. An effect cards description could be.

[Aqua/Effect]
Flip: You can return up to 2 monsters from the field to the owners hand.
(This is Penguin soldier if you're wondering).
A tuner card description would be like
[Fiend/Tuner] (instead of it saying effect)
Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed by battle, it is not destroyed. (Damage Calculation is applied normally)
This is the tuner monster Dark Resonator.
Another way of looking at tuners is to think of them like the magic card "polymeristion" only difference they need to be on the field.

2. Speed Spells are the same as spell cards in normal duels, except that they cannot be activated whenever you want to activate them. Once per turn you gain 1 spell counter (maximum spell counters you can have are 12)
As an example lets say you have 12 speed counter and you use a magic card that requires 6 speed counters after using the card you'll have 6 speed counters left in total.
3. I thought I explained them well enough in my last post ;) anyway I'll go in a little more detail. Synchro monsters are the most powerful cards some of them suck, but most of them are very powerful.
Again far to many to explain in detail.
4. They don't really affect the duel think of the bikes as a duel disk, but instead of it going on your arm you ride it...
If you want to understand tuners/synchros more I'd suggest you type 'yugioh tuners/synchros' in a search engine ;)

I wouldn't call Darker Than Black an anime with a Dark story, it is one of the best love stories that you can find in anime. It's the story of how 2 gates(way to call a huge area being blocked by an unknown black mass, also this gates gave some people powers, but once they used their powers they had to fullfill some kind of contract, therefore they were called contractors. This 2 areas appeared in South Amerika and Japan, the South American gate was attacked in order to destroy the other gate but it all turned out wrong and no one can get close to it anymore. The remaining gate is being studied, and so on)messed up the world and the relationship between Hei, a soldier who became his sisters powers and was trying to be a cold blood/senseless murderer, and yin, an animated doll, who's spirit is an observer spirit; they are not supposed to have feelings for anything; fall in love. The ending is the best one i've ever seen. It doesn't leave anything aside...just perfect. I could deep into the message it leaves but don't want to make a huge post.
So to end this: Darker Than Black is an awesome well written and well worked story, I would recommend it to anyone any day.

[C] The Money of Soul and Possibility Control has a very freaky storyline. I enjoyed it a lot. I watched it first, before watching FMA:Brotherhood. I have to prepare myself to indulge in a long 64-episode series.

^[c] has an intresting plot, but i didn't like the way it was developed, for me it was way to confusing and it left huge holes in the story. Maybe because i never got the economy right... O well the ending was trippy, I did like that, but nevertheless it didn't solve anything... wouldn't really recommend it to anyone who knoes nothing about economy. FMA: Brotherhood is awesome you'll enjoy it a lot.

Anime, to be honest Hellsing is my favorite; with vampires, awesome british people, and dramatic fights; it's a good show if your prepared for violence and bad language, not only that it's got great humour and cool characters.
But if you watch it make sure you watch the ultimate episodes so it is more close to the manga rather than the original series which is less linked to the manga.
