^ You still have plenty of good stuff to watch though. I see you at 31.4 days. After just taking a quick scan over your list, I say you need to watch some older stuff. Is the only pre-2000 thing you've seen is NGE and DBZ (if that really counts)? Most of everything you've seen is stuff aired within the past few years.

Ehhh... I don't really feel like listing them all but I'll give you a few:
Legend of the Galactic Heroes (I know it's intimidating at 110 episodes but without a doubt I guarantee it will be one of your favorite shows)
Mobile Suit Gundam: 08th MS Team
Mugen no Ryvius
Serial Experiments Lain (Not sure if you would like this since it's very slow paced and psychological but it's one of my favorites)
Ghost in the Shell (The original movie from '95, not the TV series)
Blue Gender
^ All of the above I rated 10/10.

You and I have a high anime compatibility according to MAL, so you could always look at my high rated shows too if you want.

Pre-2000? I highly recommend Cowboy Bepop. I don't watch a lot of anime because I feel a lot of it is awfully cliche but Cowboy Bepop is just amazing. Lot's of character development, you really care about the characters, the action is good and the writing is even better.
Though I don't watch the series, I do read the manga of One Piece. Oda is really just a genius with how he creates the world and how the entire series was planned before-hand. The fact that no detail, no setting, no character is ever useless or wasted. They all matter and come together to make a story. The fact it's been 10 years and at Chapter 600 Oda has just said he's "Half way done" with the series makes you excited about the next ten years. The first six hundred chapters only cover a time-span of around 8 months, but it's entertaining the whole way so see how the characters grow.
