Fairy Tail doesn't have any romance in it except with Juvia lusting over Gray. Natsu doesn't love Lucy because he described his relationship with her as the same with Happy.
Closest thing to love in Fairy Tail is Juvia and Gray. :| Everything else isn't even love, more of a friendship.
Want relationships?
Heaven's lost property - funny and *kinda* harem, except, no love relationships, mostly per\/.
Give the first couple episodes a go, it is really funny. :P

Your mileage may vary as far as the humor goes though. I found much of the series humor content (which is pretty much all of it) to be unfunny at the best of times and downright painful to watch at the worst. It was one of those series that made me glad to be a 'silver lining' type of person.

Lol, that's what my friends tell me. I have a mate who's an amateur comedian and he's always telling me I don't have a sense of humor because I don't find his material funny (his names Chris Volk, look up his youtube video. Heads up though, its not child friendly material).
Normally I like the brand of crude humor that HLP had on offer, but there was just something about it that was off and I just didn't find it very funny. I think it was probably the excessive use of SD characters that got to me.

A few Animes I like and/or love, thought I'd share some, with a brief description of course:
Full Metal Panic!
Genre: mecha, comedy, action and romance.
Episodes: 49 in 3 seasons
The first season (Full Metal Panic!) has 24 episodes. The first season is about the 2 main characters' life which will be bound together when Srg. Sagara, a teenage mercenary is assigned to protect Kaname Chidori. He's a professional soldier and he has no common sense, which is HILARIOUS at some points. The second season (Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu) is mostly about romance and comedy, in a way it's my favourite season. The third and final season "Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid" is mostly about Sagara's missions to fight against terrorism on earth. Personally this is my favourite anime and I recommend it to be watched by everyone, if you won't catch it by the 9th episode quit watching it.
Shakugan No Shana
Genre: Action, Romance, Fantasy, Comedy, Drama, School, Swords
Episodes: 78 (In 3 Seasons)
Shakugan No Shana's 2 main characters are Sakai Yuji and a girl who Yuji names "Shana". The anime is mostly about fighting the bad guys and relationship between Shana and Yuji, because Shana has never been close to anyone before she becomes confused with her feelings. Personally I LOVE this anime, at times it could bring tears to your eyes if you didn't stop it. It has some weird scenes tho
Highschool DxD
Genre: Demons, Ecchi, Romance, School and most of all COMEDY
Episodes: 12 (Discussion of S2 is on)
I'm not going to lie, Highschool DxD is something you don't want to show to your kids. But if you're mature enough you will find this anime VERY amusing, personally I laughed every 5 minutes watching this. Of course it has its own "sad" side, this anime can get you emotional fairly easily. The story starts when the main character Issei Hyodo gets murdered on his first date (Harsh, right?) and he'll be brought back to life as a demon by Rias, a scarlet haired girl who's admired by the whole school.

Soul Eater
Genre: Action, Adventure, Supernatural, Fantasy and again COMEDY
Episodes: 51
Soul Eater might seem like a pretty bad and maybe a little weird anime at first. It did to me, at least. The idea in Soul Eater is that there are two kind of "Good people" and one kind of "Bad people". The good guys are meisters and their weapons, the meisters are trained to fight with their partners at Shibusen. The idea of this training is to prevent a new demon god from emerging on earth. The meisters kill the ones who have fallen into oblivion and started to eat peoples souls. When a weapon eats 99 of these souls and one witchs' soul he or she will become a Deaths***che, one of Death's weapons.
Shuffle!
Genre: Comedy, Ecchi, Romance, Harem, Supernatural, Fantasy
Episodes: 24
This is an anime that's so-so between good and great. The plot could've been done better and more interesting, but the scenes themselves are amazing and funny. The idea is that there are 3 worlds: The world of the Gods, Demons and humans. The daughters of King of the Gods and the King of the Demons both want Tsuchimi Rin as their husband, because Rin was nice to them in their childhood. The anime is mostly about competition of Rin's attention which might get a little annoying sometimes. I probably should mention that the Kings aren't hostile against each other... Shuffle has a sequel but it's something like a remake of the first season.
Zero no Tsukaima
Genre: Comedy, Fantasy, Magic, Romance, School, (Ecchi?)
Episodes: 49 (In 4 seasons)
An anime for a little younger viewers, me being 17 I found it a little dull at times. Not because it's missing comedy or story, but the scenes of battle were pretty poor and some little things made it less enjoyable. The story is about Hiraga Saito and Louise "the Zero". Louise summons Saito from our world to hers, which is filled with magic and customs unknown to Saito. In the beginning they hate each other but by the fourth season's end nothing could tear them apart.

Full Metal Panic- the only thing I can say I wholly enjoyed on your list, I loved all the characters and the Fumoffu season was actually really funny. There was also good action scenes in the main show.
SnS was OKAY. Boy meets girl, boys life is completely changed... blah blah we've all seen the same story before. 1st and 2nd seasons were good but I didn't really care for the 3rd.
Highschool DxD... let's just say any straight male would enjoy this one. Personally I didn't find much funny about. Main character was awful too. Yet it was still somewhat entertaining.
Soul Eater was just plain bad, the only good part about it was the first episode fight sequence then it goes extremely downhill from there. (surprised I finished watching it and didn't drop)
Shuffle!- a generic harem in which main character sucked. However the show was not GOOD but not BAD so to say.
Zero no Tsukaima- another generic harem with an actually decent main character. Action scenes are stale. But, it was still a little better than Shuffle.
