^ Ive not seen Queens Blade, and given some of the merchandise and such that ive seen from it im not sure that I want to. There DOES exist a point at which 'big' just becomes 'freakish'.
@Sonicfanx1: You had to be there, they were pretty clear on the matter that there will not be a second season. Even if there was scope for a story, the guy who wrote the first season has already retired.
@mmdts: Correction, 59 episodes. You left out the 2nd set of OVA's (Higurashi Kira)

^ Reaction to Madoka Magica dubbed trailer. It times like this in thankful for the invention of BD/DVD and their glorious ability to change the language to a track that DOSENT SUCK!
Even if this is the 'happy happy cute and fluffy typical magical girl show' troll trailer (and as such, the tone can be forgiven) the acting comes across as very lackluster. I question whether they should have gone down the troll trailer route for this one since it seems to me that that wouldn't exactly inspire sales from a western audience (though I doubt many prospective buyers don't know this one by reputation already).

I was at the library (returning Negima! because the discs didn't work) where I stumbled upon Canaan and Nyankoi. Canaan looked pretty bad ass and Nyankoi looked pretty comedic so I decided to check the both of them out. While I was there, I also happened to stumble upon Lucky Star (which I've been wanting to watch online). Now I can watch the series on my television with good detail. I'll check Lucky Star out after I've finished watching Canaan and Nyankoi.
Edit: Since someone's mentioned it, Avatar the Last Airbender was really cool. Though, Sozin's Comet disappointed me. Namely, the battle between Ozai and Aang could've been way better. "Kindness can sometimes bring forth an even greater sadness." - Homura Akemi
