@Sonicfanx1 : Simple answer, its not. This was one of the questions that was asked at the Siren Visual panel this year at Supanova, and they reported that after hearing that season two rumor that was floating around they inquired about it and were told that there is no plan to make a season two. Im thankful for the fact to be honest, I don't think there's much they could do with a season two short of introducing an entirely new cast , and when the viewer already knows the 'secret of the world' there dosent seem to be much point.
Also, this is Key we're talking about. They dont like to explain how the trick works so to expect a second season elaborating on the events prior to the first season and the development of Angel Player is also pretty much out of the question.
As for the sub vs dub for CCS, I personally make a point of not even thinking of the sub as being the same anime as the dub, given the amount of editing that occurred and the amount of things that had to be sanitized to make it safe for western children. Im lucky that here is AU we got the full 70 episode dubbed version, as opposed to the horrible slice and dice that was aired in the US. I mean heck, they were even released on home video separately and the sub outsold the dub by a huge margin. Kinda sucks though because that meant the full dub was never released here, even though it might have been more successful in Australia since it had aired with minimal edits.
As for the movies, you should find that they are bilingual. Both of mine have the English and the Japanese language tracks.
