In the defense of Death Note, I'm with the crowd that says Death Note should have ended with L's death. There was no replacing him. The only reason Near won was because of Mello making Near realize an error in his(Near's) plan. Individually, Mello and Near sucked at accomplishing anything and were nearly killed several times (with Mello actually dying.)
There was little else that could have been done to end it. Light wouldn't have been God forever. He would have eventually died either way. It just gave the ending more closure. When both the protagonist and the antagonist are the antagonist and protagonist, **** gets crazy.

Not entirely true.
Do not forget, Mello and Near had to start from scratch because upon Watari's death, all the data from the Kira case was deleted due to the circumstances, as previously stated, Mello and Near had to start from scratch meaning that equally, they surpassed L.
They were two opposites, Yin and Yang, black and white, good and evil etc...
So, really, there was nothing they couldn't accomplish, except, Mello was too big headed to see it.
Really, they were either just as good or better than L.
All 3 knew Light was Kira from the beginning, only L couldn't prove it thus making this knowledge/assumption/theory irrelevant.

Has anyone seen the episode (I believe it was a filler episode) of Dragon Ball Z when Chi Chi told Goku and Piccolo to go to driving school?

While Piccolo was doing ok, Goku was driving so badly. (Almost like Spongebob when he driving)

Goku: Eat my dust Piccolo!
Piccolo: Was that a challenge?!

The best filler episode ever! LOL

Oh yeah, does anyone else remember Vegeta wearing that pink shirt? He looks cool with that shirt on which me make crack a smile lol.

My two brothers love to paint anime stuff (I fail at it o ;) My bro is totally obsessed with Japanese stuff, and he just came back this Sunday from a 5 week long trip to Japan!#@!
He had a lot of fun, and doesn't stop talking Japanese ;) He does everything in Japanese style.
