@Mod Timbo
You should watch "Ao no Exorcist" (Blue Exorcist), it's a pretty good anime and loads of nice action. And it's not ecchi.
Status: "Retired" From RuneScape. May come back to get 99 Slayer in 1 or 2 years.
i heard that chapters 120-122 are out but not uploaded on the net.
The main character from Mirai Nikki kinda reminds me of Ganta in deadman wonderland since they were both thrown into a really depressing life lol.

@Mod Timo is all up to which genre do you prefer and if you like newer or older animes, if yuo are willing to wait one week for a new chapter and so on.
From this year I would recommend you:
Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magika
Steins;Gate
Mirai Nikki, currently airing, it is on episode 5 at the moment.
Ben-To is also really good, funny and currently airing.
Deadman Wonderland
Kore wa Zombie Desu Ka was awesome, I watched it after seeing jesse qualified it as his the 2nd best of the year and i can see why.
From the ones that are not from this year I would recommend you:
Higurashi no naku koro ni/kai
Hellsing
and Hellsing Ultimate
Well those are some i think you would like and are in the gore/funny/violent/thriller/time travel/Supernatural Genres would recommend you more but you should say what you are looking forward to see. <.<
Hey Sjwn94 and Sonicfanx1 - thanks for the recommendations! I'll have to check them out.
I've not seen any of your recommendations (except for the first season of Hellsing), so I'm looking forward to finding out what grabs me
I have very mixed tastes. Some favourites:
FLCL (possibly my favourite anything ever)
Azumanga Daioh
Excel Saga
Cowboy Bebop/Samurai Champloo
Ghost in the Shell: Standalone Complex
R.O.D.
Trigun
Anything by Studio Ghibli
Most Gainax productions
Most of the films directed by Mamoru Oshii
Satoshi Kon's work
Serial Experiments Lain
I'm sure I'm missing loads of stuff that I've seen but can't remember right now
My biggest shameful confession is that I didn't actually enjoy (the first series) of Fullmetal Alchemist very much. Not sure why, but it just never quite clicked with me. Controversial, I know.
