Hey all. Just thought I'd drop in quickly to out myself as a fair-weather anime enthusiast. :) I've been out of the scene for a few years, but have recently rediscovered my love of anime and will be looking at this thread for some more recent recommendations.
I recently finished up Nichijou, Cromartie High School and am one or two episodes away from the end of No. 6. Watched the first ep of Working!! but am not sure if I'm going to carry on with it...

News parrot for people who dont pay attention to ANN:
Madoka Magica movie trilogy confirmed to be in production. Two series recap films and one original storyline. According to the news post, Urob*chi wanted the subtitle of the new film to be "Incubator no Gyakushu" ("Incubator Strikes Back" or "Incubator's Counterattack&quot ;) . Anyone willing to theorize, because I cant come up with anything (unless it's gonna involve Kyubey chasing Homura around with a gun :P ).
I hope these movies take a look at some of the magic abilities that are featured in other media but never appeared in the anime, like Kyouko's 'Rosso Phantasma'.

I have a question for you all...
So I started watching anime about a year ago and - suprisingly (imo)- started with the less popular ones. Well, now i've caught up with the popular ongoing animes, like Bleach, Naruto and One Piece...and I just don't think watching 1 episode a week is the same. How do you think anime was meant to be watched? 1 episode a week or marathon style? And which do you prefer?
The dilemma with waiting for several episodes to come out is not only exposure to a spoiler, but also forgetting the story. if you were to wait for 10 episodes, that's already 2 1/2 months gone by...
But if you continue to watch one episode a week, you have to wait to see what happens, and it seems like it ruins the flow. Anyways, I was wondering what other people thought about this.

I think most people would prefer a release at least twice a week or in large groups of episodes, but ofc they wont do that.
On another note, I just started watching mirai nikki (future diary). Its just started and so far I'm hooked. I'd recommend it to try out if your into an action/romance kind of thing.
