It wont be next season. If they only just announced it now it certainly wont be ready by October. Sides, the light novel author has already confirmed that it wont air until 2012.
Like I said on the last page, it will probably air season after next, which means it will catch the tail end of Shana 3 (assuming Shana 3 is a double season like the last two have been).

Just finished watching episode 8 of Sacred Seven. Pretty good episode.
Spoilers below!!!

In this episode, Hellbrick attempts to get Arma and Aiba a closer relationship by asking them to find a stone to repair him. So the two of them walk around the town trying to find a stone, while getting to know each other better. Unfortunately, at the end they don't kiss. That was a letdown.
End of spoilers.
I can't wait for the next episode.
P.S. If anyone knows the name of the song towards the end of episode 8 (before the credits), please do tell.

I believe someone had a question about the character Kana in Hidan no Aria is. Well, if that person still really wants to know, I've been reading the light novels and just found the answer to this question. WARNING!!!!!!!!!! THE FOLLOWING IS A SPOILER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kana is (last chance to turn back) Kinji's brother's disguise. You see, Kinji's brother cross-dresses as Kana so that he can hysteria mode whenever he chooses. I have to admit, the disguise is really quite convincing, you would never guess that it really was Kinji's brother.

So there you have it, any other unexplained questions you have may be answered in the future (if you ask nicely enough :3 ) but I prefer not to post too many spoilers.
